Order and Shipping Confirmation

Where our standard delivery service has been selected we aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 1 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Delivery will normally take 15-40 working days from the moment you place your order.

    Return Policy

    If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days. The cost of return will be at your expense. Please follow below instructions.

    • Pack your product(s) preferably in its original box and packaging. Products must be in the condition you received them with all packaging and labels attached.
    • Ship your return by your preferred method. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

    Wrong, Faulty or Damaged Items

    If you have received a wrong (different than displayed online) or damaged item you can return it within 14 days from the shipping date. If the item is faulty. Return the item using your preferred method, please send us proof of payment and we will refund the costs. If proof of payment for the return is not supplied to us we will refund you an estimated cost of return postage.

    Items Not Eligible for Return

    Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags (e.g., garment should be returned with the original packaging).
